Aye! Pirate Potatoes! Cap’n Jacq did it again with another (s)mashing potatoe dish at the monthly First Friday party at Gasworks Gallery. (See recipe below)
T’was a fun-filled evenin’ as usual, Matey! Cap’n Jones treated us to grub and grog as we perused his newest creations of abstract art. And many thanks to his patrons for loadin’ the bins with potatoes for Northwest Harvest.
We’ll be keepin’ an eye out fer ye at next months gallery party on September 1st. Till then, Fair Winds!
Pirate Potatoes
Potatoes boiled and mashed to yer likin’
Onions sauteed in Rum
Port O’Bella Mushrooms sauteed in.....ummmm....Rum!
Gaaaarghlic and Har, har, havarti cheese.
Throw it all together however ye be likin’. Makes no difference, so long as you don’t forget the rum, Matey!
